Donations to the AHHS Alumni General FundOur Association has been fortunate to receive donations from generous alumni which they have earmarked for the AHHS Alumni General Fund. Donations have been received from individuals, class reunion committees, or groups of alumni. This money has been used for various specified projects at Heights which are approved by the Principal. The school, the Alumni Association and the individuals involved all work together to determine a suitable project and to see it through. If a class reunion raises money for the school, we all work together to get a suitable project done. If a classmate wants to remember or honor a friend, we follow through on that as well. Thank you to all of our wonderful donors who have allowed us to support Arlington Heights High School! Payment Options:You can pay using your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, etc. or your bank debit card). It’s that simple! You may make a donation to the fund in one of two ways: Option 1: Pay online (using a secure website). Option 2: Download / print the General Fund Donation Form (PDF format) and mail it with your check or money order. *The Alumni Association is a tax-exempt entity (501c3), so your donations are tax deductible. Our Scholarship Endowment Fund – You Can Help!
A huge Thank You for helping us continue to give back to Heights! Your generous past support for our Scholarship Endowment Fund has enabled us to award scholarships to two deserving AHHS graduating senior students each year since 1997 to further their education at a school, college or university of their choice. And through your donations and participation in fund raisers, our Scholarship Endowment Fund has grown through the years.
As the money is invested as an Endowment Fund, we are committed to spending only the interest earned each year for scholarships. The principal will always remain in the Alumni Association Scholarship Endowment Fund to earn interest each year and continue to provide scholarships to aid deserving students.
Your donations help the Fund grow and will enable your Alumni Association to give more and/or larger scholarships to deserving senior students at AHHS in the future.Being a member of the AHHS Alumni Association ensures that this organization will thrive in the years to come. We are run by dedicated volunteers who spend hours of their time to make it possible for you to receive timely and pertinent information about classmates and reunions as well as current AHHS events and students.
Here is your chance to join and support the Association!

You Can Directly Help the Booster Club Support Baseball Field Improvements
Below is a letter from the AHHS Sports Booster Club. We are pleased to support their efforts to improve the AHHS Baseball Field
January 21, 2010 Dear: AHHS Alumni, Families, and Friends The Arlington Heights baseball program has a storied history. In 1996 they won their first 4A State Championship title. In 2006 Heights was State Runner-up, and in 1998, 2000, and 2009 these teams made it to the State Semi-Finals. In 1990, Arlington Heights built their “Field of Dreams”. We were the first school in FWISD to have our own baseball field on campus. Head Coach Tommy Elliott has been impacting kids’ lives for 34 years. Late last spring, just as the playoffs were about to start, a single parent felt the impact that Coach Elliott had made on her two sons. That parent made an unsolicited, substantial contribution to the baseball program. Over the years, Coach Elliott had been saving every penny he could to build his “Field of Dreams II”. As a result of that contribution, Coach Elliott’s dream became a vision. With the help of local community leaders, foundations, FWISD board members and staff, and parents, his dream has become a reality. |
