Help for Reunion Committees

You can use the Association's Bulk Mail permit number for non-profit organizations to receive a reduced postage rate. The special price applies only if mailing 200 items or more. We also have a rubber stamp with the permit imprint for easy use on envelopes.

The Association will share its database of addresses, which includes members and non-members, for your reunion class. If you provide us with a final list of addresses after your reunion, we will update our database with the new information and keep it current for you.

Committees can also use the Association's tax exempt certificate number for purchased items for the reunion activities.
