Over the years, our Alumni Association has had many special people to thank for their hard work in getting things done.  Many of these volunteers have worked behind-the-scenes to make things happen.  They cannot be thanked enough! 

We are starting this special page to acknowledge those officers and members - past and present - who have tirelessly given of their time and effort, above and beyond...  The list is in no particular order, and there are most certainly more who should be recognized here.  You are encouraged to contact us to add your thank you's to the list! 

To Judy Berryman McCombs for so diligently over all the years verifying and reporting our classmates who are gone!  The names are documented in the directory and the list of deceased classmates as reported to the Alumni Association is – and always has been - on the web site thanks alone to Judy.  She also has worked tirelessly for many,many hours over the years, entering all class names from Graduation Programs, as well as doing most of the data entry through the years.  Kudos!

To Kristen Tarbox Buchanan, our new database and Harris directory guru.  Even after getting married and moving to Philadelphia, she stuck with her original responsibilities and got the directory project finished.  She’s no quitter, has worked major over-time, and is much appreciated.

To Past Presidents:  Ann Underwood Pace and Marsha Moorad Wright who were Founders of our organization and made it happen.  And to Bill Harrell and Jill Gartner Jennings who kept us going in such a stellar way.  Without their guidance and efforts along the way as advisors and friends, this Association would have floundered.

To Jill Gartner Jennings who served as President for many more years than she expected to or signed up for.  She's a champ - and she did an amazing job of juggling all the pieces!!!  Kudos!

To Jenny Washburn Michero who hung in there and has been tireless and patient in serving as an officer of the Association above and beyond. She has done it all in an excellent and professional way.

To Donna Boone McMichaels, our forever cheerleader.  She's always been ready to help in any way to support the spirit of Heights.

To Ginger Rouer who has always been available to help get newsletters to press and mailed.  She's held the hands of editors, writers and printers.  She's dealt with mailing companies.  She's hauled copies from printer to mailing house.  And always with a smile.

To Bob Needham who made this new website happen for us...finally!
